Happy Birthday, Katherine Hepburn!

At the prime age of 96 is 2003, an acting legend and one of Hollywood’s most intriguing leading ladies Katherine Hepburn passed away. Considered for a period to be box-office poison because of her anti-Hollywood attitude, Hepburn proved her longevity with more than a handful of classic films that are still enjoyed. Along with her powerful performances, the Academy awarded Hepburn with four Oscars for Best Actress.

-1968: The Lion in Winter
-1981: On Golden Pond

If you have ever watched or read an interview with Hepburn you would be confronted with her unrelenting spirit and fortitude. Her strength, honesty, and beauty are still inspiring and one could only dream to live the fearless life that she led.
